G’Day Gourmet™ takes tremendous pride in all the products we sell. We work hard to make sure our customers receive their orders in a timely manner and in the best condition possible. We ship our baked goods, frozen and packaged in eco-friendly packaging materials. All packaging materials have been tested and have proven to be the most effective way to keep our perishable products fresh when shipping nationwide. We ship our perishable products, carefully wrapped in a compressed Denim insulation and add re-usable ice packs along with Dry Ice when we think it is needed, especially when shipping in warmer climates. Although our products are shipped frozen, they may be thawed (but still cold) when they arrive. Upon arrival, please place your products in a refrigerator or freezer until you are ready to enjoy them.
Unfortunately, there are risks involved when shipping perishable products, some of which are out of our control. Once your package has been shipped and in the hands of our shipping partners, we cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control. Although we do our best to delivery your order when promised, we cannot guarantee a delivery time or date. Please check with the carrier to track your package.
G’Day Gourmet™ is not responsible for delivery delays caused by, but not limited to, the following: weather, internal carrier issues, work place strikes, natural disasters, law enforcement activities, inaccurate shipping information, porch pirates/stolen packages. Please double check that all your shipping information is correct at the time you place your order. We would hate to hear that your baked goods don’t arrive fresh and ready to bake and enjoy. If a signature is required for delivery, please make sure someone is at home or at the office to receive your package. We cannot ship your package to a P.O. Box.
Under N.J. State law, we cannot accept returns on any food related items. If your product arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. We cannot issue a refund for shipping costs but will work with you to make sure you get your food items and are happy with our services. There are no refunds or cancellations accepted once your package has shipped.
