G’Day Gourmet exclusively partners with UPS for shipping our frozen food products.

Because our products are perishable, orders are packaged using appropriate temperature-control materials intended to help maintain product quality during transportation.

Shipping schedules, delivery estimates, and service availability may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier operations.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid physical delivery address. We do not ship frozen food orders to P.O. Boxes.

We strongly recommend arranging for someone to receive deliveries promptly and transfer the products into appropriate frozen storage.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation or address modifications may no longer be possible.

5. Safe Storage, Handling & Preparation

Your health and safety are important to us.

G’Day Gourmet products are perishable and must be stored, handled, and prepared according to the instructions provided on their packaging.

Frozen products should be placed in the freezer promptly upon delivery after confirming that they have arrived at a safe temperature.

For proper preparation:

• Follow the baking instructions provided with your specific product.
• Remove any packaging materials not intended for oven use.
• Use an appropriate food thermometer to verify that products reach the required safe internal temperature.
• Unless product-specific validated instructions state otherwise, heat our meat pies and sausage rolls to an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
• Never consume products that appear spoiled or have been stored at unsafe temperatures.

Cooking times vary depending on the product, oven, air fryer, toaster oven, Turbo Chef oven, quantity being prepared, and whether the product is frozen or thawed.

The customer is responsible for following safe food-handling practices after delivery.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
